Higgins oversees the human resources function for Title Resource Group’s (TRG) 2,000 employees in 385 offices across the country. As a company leader, Higgins led the formation of a veteran’s committee for TRG and across the other business units of parent company, Realogy, to help attract and recruit military veterans and make the company a better place to work for them. She is the executive sponsor of TRG’s Diversity & Inclusion Council as well as the TRG Cares committee, which raises funds and organizes events for charities locally and nationally. Outside of work, Higgins has been involved in organizing charitable events that help to benefit a variety of causes important to her including, anti-bullying, multiple sclerosis, cancer, a local food bank, and the Special Olympics.
Marchetti has been at the helm of Better Homes and Garden Real Estate’s (BHGRE) marketing efforts for more than four years, building out critical initiatives across branding strategy, social media, event marketing, public relations and interactive platforms. She led the development and launch of the brand’s marketing tiers for the luxury, city-center, commercial, and lifestyle markets. During her tenure, BHGRE launched its innovative Be Better industry marketing campaign and its engaging Expect Better campaign, and became a strong force in industry thought leadership, with the launch of unique consumer studies focusing on the Millennial, Gen Z, luxury and Baby Boomer segments. She has applied her branding expertise to assist the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition of N.J. and the American Hippotherapy Association with marketing and strategic planning. She also contributes to her community by sponsoring local families during the Christmas holidays.
