She is responsible for directing initiatives that drive affiliate satisfaction and experience; she holds exceptional execution at the core of any initiative she leads.
A seasoned veteran with two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Karrie-Ann previously served Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate as a Franchise Performance Consultant where she was instrumental in guiding franchisees to reach their full potential.
